We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days depending on the destination and USPS service selected.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, nor are we able to retrieve or reship packages sent to invalid addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
